4.86.030 Sources of resources.

Resources of the cumulative reserve fund for Evergreen State Fair sponsorships and donations shall consist of:
(1) Payments made by Fair and Fairgrounds sponsors;
(2) Donations by the public for Fair and Fairgrounds purposes; and
