The purpose of the cumulative reserve fund for Evergreen State Fair sponsorships and donations is to accumulate monies received by the county from sponsorships and donations relating to the Fair and Fairgrounds as described in chapter 2.32 SCC for expenditure on Fair and Fairgrounds purposes. Such purposes shall include, but not be limited to, advertising, promotion, entertainment, educational activities and fairgrounds improvements or acquisitions.
