The Snohomish county enhanced emergency services communication board (enhanced 911 board) is hereby established. The enhanced 911 board shall consist of four representatives selected by the governing board of Snohomish County 911, one member of the Snohomish county council selected by the council, and one member appointed by the Snohomish county executive. One member of the Washington state patrol selected by the chief of the state patrol shall serve as an ex officio non-voting member of said board.
