The county auditor or his designee shall collect surcharges on instruments recorded by his office and remit them daily to the county treasurer for deposit to this fund. The monies shall be remitted by the county treasurer to the state of Washington for eventual redistribution and return to the counties. (Added by Ord. 89-110, Sept. 13, 1989).
