4.58.030 Source of resources.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Resources of the 1989 facility construction fund shall be from lawful appropriation, gift, bequest, bond proceeds or other financing sources.
(2) Resources contributed from the traffic management and parking facility cumulative reserve fund may be expended only for traffic management and parking facilities. (Added by Ord. 89-094, Sept. 6, 1989).
