(1) The room and board fee charged to participants of the work release program shall be set at a daily rate equal to two times the participant’s hourly wage, rounded down to the nearest dollar, but shall not be less than $10.00 per day nor more than $50.00 per day. The fee shall be subject to a variance as provided in SCC 4.53.030.

(2) The supervision and monitoring fee charged to participants of the home detention program shall be set at a daily rate equal to two times the participant’s hourly wage, rounded down to the nearest dollar, but shall not be less than $10.00 per day nor more than $50.00 per day. The fee shall be subject to a variance as provided in SCC 4.53.030.

(3) The supervision and monitoring fee charged to participants of the community service program shall be $10.00 per month, subject to a variance as provided in SCC 4.53.030 and RCW 9.94A.135 effective July 28, 1991.
