Incorporated areas within Snohomish county which adopt any ordinance levying a tax on gambling activities are hereby entitled to all tax revenue from such gambling played or conducted within such incorporated areas. The incorporated area shall also be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the taxing provisions of such ordinances within their respective jurisdictions.
