4.43.020 Collection and Use of fees.

The nonrefundable bail fees imposed by section 4.43.010 shall be collected by the County Clerk and used solely to pay a portion of the county’s costs associated with implementing Chapter 395, Washington Laws, 1995. (Added by Ord. 04-109, Nov. 22, 2004, Eff date Dec. 17, 2004).
