The historic preservation special valuation agreement contained in WAC 254-20-120 shall be used by the commission as the minimum agreement necessary to comply with the requirements of this chapter. (Added by Amended Ord. 06-038, Dec. 13, 2006, Eff date Jan. 5, 2007).
