The nuisance property abatement fund shall contain resources generated from nuisance abatement enforcement actions taken pursuant to chapter 30.85 SCC and other appropriations to the fund. (Added by Ord. 16-110, Nov. 14, 2016, Eff date Dec. 8, 2016).
