The Snohomish county clerk is hereby authorized to assess a surcharge of $20.00 on all superior court cases filed under chapters 11.88, 11.90, 11.92, and 73.36 RCW. (Added by Ord. 16-096, Nov. 14, 2016, Eff date Dec. 8, 2016).
