There is hereby created a convention and performing arts fund (116), which shall be used to account for the hotel-motel tax fund created by SCC 4.40.050 and the regional tourism tax fund created by SCC 4.41.030 and any other funds subsequently created for purposes allowed in RCW 67.28.
