Notwithstanding SCC 2.03.090, the presiding judge may appoint an ad hoc or advisory committee to recommend appropriate expenditures of monies from the superior court donations fund. Coincident with the county executive’s budget proposal, the superior court shall submit to the council each year a summary of the activities of any ad hoc or advisory committee appointed pursuant to this section.
