The presiding judge and the superior court administrator are authorized to accept donations of money from the public for superior court purposes. Upon receipt, such donations shall be deposited into the superior court donations fund. (Added by Ord. 06-072, Oct. 11, 2006, Eff date Oct. 22, 2006).
