"Utility facilities, all other structures" means facilities owned and/or operated by a utility, as defined in SCC 30.91U.110, and required for the operation of that utility but not otherwise listed in chapter 30.22 SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 15-057, Sept. 2, 2015, Eff date Sept. 18, 2015).
