"Temporary membrane structure" means an air-inflated, air-supported, cable, or frame-covered structure as defined by the Building Code and erected for less than 180 days and shall include structures that have the sides or roof covered with polyethylene, polyvinyl or similar flexible synthetic material. Temporary membrane structures shall not include structures defined as a tent, canopy, or awning. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
