"Tavern" means an establishment where alcoholic beverages of any kind are dispensed or sold for consumption on the premises. This term shall include beer parlors, bars, cabarets, and other similar places. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
