"Storm water treatment" means the removal of pollutants from storm water, by means that include, but are not limited to, filtration, sedimentation, absorption, and chemical alteration or degradation of pollutants. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
