"Specialty store" means a facility used for specialized retail sales such as pet shops, jewelry store, flower shops, record shops, and liquor stores but excluding uses otherwise listed in chapter 30.22 SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
