"Short subdivision, final" means the process and decision for approval of a final short plat and for ensuring all conditions of preliminary subdivision approval have been met prior to recording the final short plat. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
