"School, other" means a building where instruction is given to pupils in arts, crafts or trades, and operated as a commercial enterprise as distinguished from schools endowed and/or supported by taxation. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
