"Retirement housing" means dwellings exclusively designed for and occupied by senior citizen residents 62 years of age or older, in a building with central kitchen facilities providing meals for the residents. There is no minimum age requirement for the spouse of a resident who is 62 years of age or older. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
