"Rendering of fat tallow or lard" means a plant/facility that processes animal by-product materials for the production of tallow, grease, and high-protein meat and bone meal. This includes and comprises establishments engaged in processing animal fat, bones, and meat scraps. (Added by Amended Ord. 15-057, Sept. 2, 2015, Eff date Sept. 18, 2015).
