"Printing plant" means an establishment employing more than 25 persons which is engaged in the publishing of books, magazines, periodicals, or newspapers, and may include the provision of custom printing services to the public. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
