"Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, organization, cooperative, public or municipal corporation, or agency of the state or local governmental unit, or an agent or representative thereof. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
