"Peak-hour, development" ("Development peak-hour") means that one hour period in both the morning and the evening, typically between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. in the morning and between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the evening, when a development generates the maximum number of vehicle trips. (Added by Ord. 16-010, June 1, 2016, Eff date June 15, 2016).

This definition applies only to the concurrency and road impact mitigation regulations in chapter 30.66B SCC.
