"Peak-hour, arterial" (Arterial peak-hour) means that one hour period in both the morning and evening, typically between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. in the morning and between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the evening, when the maximum number of vehicle trips impacting an arterial occurs. (Added by Ord. 16-010, June 1, 2016, Eff date June 15, 2016).

This definition applies only to the concurrency and road impact mitigation regulations in chapter 30.66B SCC.
