"Park land" means a natural or landscaped area with a defined property boundary, designated for, but not limited to, passive recreation, play field facilities, and other recreation activities and facilities. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
