"Manufacturing, all other forms not specifically listed" means a use which uses manufacturing workers, as described under the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, published by the US Department of Labor, to produce, assemble or create products and which the director finds consistent with generally accepted practices and performance standards for the industrial zone where the use proposed, and which do not include any manufacturing use otherwise specifically listed.
