"Lot line, rear" ("rear lot line") means a lot line which is opposite and most distant from the front lot line. In the case of a triangular, or gore-shaped lot, it means a line 20 feet in length within the lot parallel to and at the maximum distance from the front lot line. When a lot bordering a body of water, stream, or river, extends into the body of water, stream, or river beyond the ordinary high water mark, the rear lot line shall be considered to be the ordinary high water mark.
