30.91L.170 Lot line, front.

"Lot line, front" ("front lot line") means a lot line that abuts a public right-of-way or a private access tract, excluding alleys. (See Figure 30.91L.170 for illustration). For the purpose of determining setbacks from vehicular easements, the edge of the access easement shall be considered a front property line.
