"Lath house" means a structure made chiefly of laths or slats spaced so as to reduce excessive sunlight while permitting moderate air circulation and used for growing plants that require some shade and protection from strong winds. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
