"Hardware store" means a retail store for the sale of tools, paints, and other small building equipment and supplies. This term shall not include the sale or storage of lumber, drywall, roofing, or other similar building materials. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
