"Grade" means the elevation of the ground surface.

(1) "Existing grade" means the elevation of the ground surface prior to development activity.

(2) "Rough grade" means the stage at which the elevation of the ground surface approximately conforms to the approved plan.

(3) "Finish grade" means the final elevation of the ground surface which conforms to the approved land disturbing activity site plan. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003; Amended by Amended Ord. 10-023, June 9, 2010, Eff date Sept. 30, 2010).
