"Erosion hazard" means the soils classified by the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) of Snohomish County based on soil type, permeability, underlying geology and slope. The actual soil on site shall be used to determine whether an erosion hazard area exists. When there is more than one type of soil on the site, the soil that has the greater erosion hazard shall be utilized to determine whether there is high, medium or low erosion potential on-site. (Added by Amended Ord. 10-026, June 9, 2010, Eff date Sept. 30, 2010).
