"Easement, exclusive" ("Exclusive easement") means an easement which provides access to one tract or lot. The lot encumbered by the exclusive easement shall not be included as a second user of the easement. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
