"Department, acting" ("Acting department") means a department with jurisdiction which has received an application for a license, or which is the initiator of a proposed action.

This definition applies only to "SEPA" regulations in chapter 30.61 SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
