"Critical area protection areas" means areas designated, pursuant to chapter 30.62A SCC, on a critical area site plan with restrictions to protect the functions and values of critical areas and their buffers. (Added by Amended Ord. 06-061, Aug. 1, 2007, Eff date Oct. 1, 2007).
