"Conditional use" means a use allowed in a zone only after review by the hearing examiner and with approval of permit conditions as necessary to make the use compatible with other permitted uses in the same vicinity and zone. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
