"Commercial coach" means a structure transportable in one or more sections that is built on permanent chassis and designed to be used for commercial purposes with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required outlets and may include plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein. A commercial coach shall not be used as a single family dwelling. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
