"Automobile repair, minor" means general motor repair and replacement of parts to passenger cars and trucks not exceeding one and one-half tons capacity but not including collision repair or auto painting. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
