"Antenna, private" means a wire or structure used for the purpose of transmitting and/or receiving on the amateur and citizens band, or for receiving VHF, UHF, AM and FM radio and television transmissions. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
