(1) All proposed land uses, modifications, development or new agricultural activities shall be designed and conducted to achieve no net loss of shoreline ecological functions as defined in WAC 173-26-201(3)(d)(i)(C).

(2) Project proponents shall make all reasonable efforts to avoid and minimize impacts to wetlands, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, and their buffers as required under SCC 30.62A.310(3)(a). (Added by Amended Ord. 12-025, June 6, 2012, Eff date July 27, 2012).
