30.66B.166 Concurrency determination – public facilities necessary to support residential development.

If a public facility necessary to support residential development is deemed concurrent under SCC 30.66B.103(2), then the development shall be required to provide sufficient transportation demand management (TDM) measures under SCC 30.66B.610 through 30.66B.650 to indicate the potential for removing a minimum of 10 percent of the development’s peak-hour trips from the road system.
