A development application shall not be considered complete until all traffic studies or data required in accordance with SCC 30.66B.035 or required as a result of the pre-submittal conference of SCC 30.66B.020 are received. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
