Land disturbing activity site plans and SWPPPs required pursuant to chapter 30.63A SCC shall show all on-site tree and vegetation retention areas required by any applicable provisions of this title. Tree replacement areas shall also be shown on the land disturbing activity plan, when applicable. Stormwater site planning shall minimize the removal of on-site trees and vegetation where feasible consistent with SCC 30.63A.400.
