When a permit is issued under this chapter for the purpose of implementing requirements in chapter 30.63A SCC, land disturbing activity permits are subject to compliance with updated stormwater drainage regulations as provided in SCC 30.70.310. (Added by Amended Ord. 21-025, June 16, 2021, Eff date July 1, 2021).
