Protection of critical aquifer recharge areas located within shorelines of the state, as defined in chapter 90.58 RCW, shall be accomplished through compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Nothing in this section shall be construed to be inconsistent with RCW 36.70A.480. (Added by Amended Ord. 06-061, Aug. 1, 2007, Eff date Oct. 1, 2007).
