Protection of wetlands and fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas located within shorelines of the state, as defined in chapter 90.58 RCW, shall be accomplished through compliance with the provisions of chapter 30.67 SCC. Nothing in this section shall be construed to be inconsistent with RCW 36.70A.480.
