The hearing examiner shall schedule a settlement conference including the applicable director, the appellant, and the applicant (if not the appellant) within seven days of receipt of an appeal. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
